On November 21st, the "2025 Steel Supply Chain Synergy & Innovation Conference" themed "Converging Momentum for Renewal, Empowering a New Journey with Intelligence" was grandly convened in Shanghai. The conference was hosted by Ouyeel Co., Ltd.—a Co-Chairman group of the China National Association of Metal Material Trade (CAMT). Chen Leiming, Executive President and Secretary-General of CAMT, and his delegation were invited to attend the event, during which a cooperation agreement signing ceremony between CAMT and Ouyeel Co., Ltd. was also held.

Chen Leiming attended the opening ceremony of the morning session of the conference and witnessed the release of Ouyeel Co., Ltd.’s new positioning and new product offerings.

During the conference, Chen Leiming was also interviewed by China Securities Journal, where he shared his insights on key topics including the platform development of Ouyeel Co., Ltd., the pathways for the steel circulation industry to embrace innovation, pursue collaborative growth, and advance green development.

On the same afternoon, Chen Leiming and Li Jing, Assistant Secretary-General of the China National Association of Metal Material Trade (CAMT), jointly attended the sub-forum themed "Green Empowerment for Low-Carbon Development of China’s Industry" under the conference.

A cooperation signing ceremony between the China National Association of Metal Material Trade (CAMT) and Ouyeel Co., Ltd. was held at the sub-forum. Li Jing and Xu Shaobing, General Manager of the Green Carbon Business Division of Ouyeel Co., Ltd., co-signed the agreement; Chen Leiming and Lü Jun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Ouyeel Co., Ltd., witnessed the ceremony.

In the future, the China National Association of Metal Material Trade (CAMT) will work in tandem with Ouyeel Co., Ltd. to actively respond to national initiatives, jointly advance the implementation of green and carbon-related efforts in the metal material circulation sector, and facilitate the green and low-carbon transformation of the steel industry.
